End User Desktop Engineer

Based and placement in Bandung- Minimum Diploma Degree from IT- Have 1 years of EUC Support Experience and devices implementation/migration/ support experience**Qualification**:- Good analytical and problem-solving skills- Good communications (both verbal and written) and excellent customer service skills- Possess initiative with positive working attitude**Responsiblity**:- Responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels.- Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems- Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.- Perform service request related to client platforms.- Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.- Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.709
