Endpoint Engineer (Video Conference)

**Qualification**:

- Male, max 30 years old
- SMK or Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Familiar with online meeting platform (such as Teams, Webex, Zoom)
- Familiar with streaming platform such as OBS Studio & Vmix
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze incidents and recommend effective solutions
- Taking initiative and willing to learn (Communicative; Initiative)
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, configuration and troubleshooting
- Having basic knowledge of network infrastructure
- Willing to be placed in customer site

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for integration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Video Conference Devices
- Ensure Video Conference Devices running properly
- Understand and maximize the need for Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Communicate and collaborate with internal, 3rd party, and customer
- Provide issue isolation, and troubleshooting for the incident
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

**Experience**:

- OBS Studio: 1 year (required)
- VMix: 1 year (required)
