Energy Planning Specialist

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Energy Planning Specialist to support the SINAR project.The role includes conducting research, data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and report preparation.The position requires a Master's degree and 8 years of experience in energy policy design and planning.

Responsibilities
• Conducting research on policy and regulations, institutions, and planning processes• Collecting, processing, modeling, and analyzing energy and electricity planning data• Facilitating multi-stakeholder consultations and improving coordination with counterparts• Producing various reports and conducting training activities• Supporting requested reporting, budgetary exercises, and meeting client requirements
Requirements
• Master's degree in engineering, applied sciences, business, economics, development, or related fields• 8 years of experience in energy policy design, planning, implementation, and monitoring• Proven knowledge of major energy planning processes and initiatives• Experience working with multi-stakeholders at the national and sub-national level• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
