Engagement Support

Drive communication activity & engagement with the drivers and guarding our partner drivers performance through regular Kopdar
- Develop strategy and engage with driver community to innovate and maintain supply
- Go on the ground to understand how our partners experience services and address their pain points
- Monitor high risk operational and emerging risk incidents with the aim of strengthening the organization's control environment and improving control processes
- Collaborate with other team to solve issues and achieve target
- Educate and engage the newly onboarded and unmanaged driver to ensure driver literacy and advocacy

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education D3/S1 with related experience
- Experienced in field support/event organizer/community event arrangement, and similar background
- Strong in field, strong persuasiveness, excellent communication skilss
- Good in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet and reporting

Upah: Rp200.000.000 - Rp230.000.000 per bulan
