- Minimum education: Associate degree (D3) in Civil Engineering
- Maximum age: 40 years old
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proficient in 2D AutoCAD
- Proficient in using the internet
- Willing to work hard
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work quickly, honest, diligent, and willing to learn
- Must have own vehicle (not dependent on public transportation or others)

Preferred Criteria:

- Not currently enrolled in college (preferred)
- Not married (preferred)
- Not currently (or planning to be) involved in: Community Service Program (KKN), Final Project/Thesis, preparing for marriage, marriage, pregnancy, pregnancy program, or divorce process (in the near future)
