- Minimum education vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies
- Experience as Hotel or Building Technician for at least 1 year
- Practical and theoretical skills in cold-storage, air-conditioning and electricity
- Experienced in handling Hotel Technicians such as Elevators, Generators, Electrical Panels, Fire Alarms, Water Heaters, Kitchen Equipment
