External Cooperation Internship

Key Responsibilities:

- Process sample requests from creators, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in reviewing creator videos to ensure alignment with our guidelines and branding & sales objectives.
- Support the outreach and engagement with TikTok and Shopee creators to explore collaboration opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage and respond to messages from creators, addressing inquiries, providing support, and fostering positive relationships.
- Collaborate with the External Cooperation team to brainstorm creative ideas for creator contents and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing documents, and maintaining databases.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and consistency in content review and communication.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas to the team.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
