**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Exclusive to Indonesian Citizens.
- Minimum of 5 years of robust Engineering experience in the hospitality industry, including a proven track record as a Director of Engineering. Preferably, this experience should involve overseeing a sizable operation comprising more than 500 rooms and villas, residential buildings, multiple F&B outlets, numerous pools, extensive landscaping, and a large spa in a luxury resort setting.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills with a keen sense of judgment and critical thinking.
- Outstanding organizational skills, analytical abilities, tact, effective follow-up skills, and project management expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project construction and direct experience would be advantageous.
- Capability to analyze financial data, perform budgeting, and calculate costs for effective return on investment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory, and a Master's degree is desirable.
