Engineering Drafter

**What you will do**:This position will provide engineering and performs product electrical/mechanical drafting for HVAC & Controls Equipment.**What you will do it**- Drafting/Design of electrical harness, models, routing, schematics- Able to revise drawings quickly and accurately.- Capable of working within specified deadlines.- Coordinate with the project team regarding working drawings.- Create working drawings with specified material standards approved by the Project Architect.- Prepare working drawings/Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings.- Prepare tender drawings.- Interact with Contract and Product Engineering to understand system interactions and constraints, provide guidance and feedback- Develop root cause analysis, document and solve design issues.- Develop and improve design guidelines and processes.- Verify design with simulation tools.**What we look for**- Vocational School (SMK) / Technical High School (STM) in Building or Diploma in Engineering, preferred bachelor's degree in engineering- Proficient in operating technical drawing software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc., for both 2D and 3D drawings.- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC-R Drawing- Good understanding in wiring diagram, technical drawing, SLD or Blueprint- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.- Capable of explaining drawings to workers or Site Managers.- Detail-oriented with a fundamental understanding of technical drawings (Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical).- Able to cooperate and synergize- Good integrity- Good communication- Proactive**What we offer**:- Competitive salary- Paid vacation/holidays/sick time- Comprehensive benefits package- On the job/cross training opportunities- Encouraging and collaborative team environment- Dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy
