Engineering Maintenance Manager

Fluent in English
- At least 5 years of working experience in multinational environment, manufacture industry
- Willing to be placed at Sidoarjo, East Java

**General Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation of preventive maintenance systems for production equipment and ensure maintenance team services are always available and quick response for any maintenance problem at location.
- Maintain relationships with relevant departments for larger programs.
- Constantly reviewing and observing parts suppliers to ensure there is a minimum level of spare parts inventory required at all times.
- Sourcing supplies of spare parts from local suppliers to facilitate cost control and ensure prompt delivery
- Manage and ensure the maintenance team is sufficiently equipped with adequate maintenance tools and equipment, and that all equipment is properly maintained and can be operated safely and ready whenever required.
- Ensuring that the maintenance team functions at all times in accordance with EHS policies.
- Collaborate with production to identify needs for small projects (eg: increase productivity, safety, etc.) and manage projects well.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering with 5 years' experience in the manufacturing process & maintenance
- Having strong knowledge and experience in the field of Programmable Logic Control (PLC), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and LK3 Management. Fluent English communication is a must.
- Advanced excel skills, MS office and data management.
- Strong Leadership, Business Acumen & technical detail oriented.
- Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java
