**Position Overview**:
- Ensuring day to day Facilities and Process Equipment performs they work as per design
- Ensuring full compliance to KORE requirements in all facets - Quality/Safety/Environment as well as ISO standards and relevant local laws and regulations, in the area of Maintenance
- Act as Engineering Manager backup in case of absence.
- Managing day to day maintenance and some local small projects related to tier 1 metrics, OPEX Productivity and CAPEX under US$250
- Document and Maintenance data management
**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible of managing small maintenance team fro all local engineering activities
- Responsible of distributing day to day engineering and/or maintenance activities
- Responsible of analyzing maintenance performance in relation with engineering metrics.
Find the gap and lay out effective corrective actions.
- Conducting failure investigation for equipment that are falling under critical category
- Perform cost analysis and equipment management
- Comply to HSE and Quality standard that are applied in CPS Indonesia
**Requirement**:
1.
Hold bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering
2.
Fluency in English is a must, both verbal and written
2.
Minimum 1-2 years experience as maintenance/engineering supervisor/manager
3.
Possess strong leadership material
4.
Strong knowledge on process equipment (F&B industry is plus point) and utilities
5.
Strong knowledge on Project Management
6.
Good communication skill
