As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving innovation in furniture design.Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers, overseeing all stages of furniture product development and manufacturing.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance product quality, and meet project deadlines.- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.- Implement quality control and assurance measures to maintain high product standards.- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to make data-driven decisions.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, with a focus on furniture or industrial engineering.- A minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the furniture industry.- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.- Strong project management and team leadership skills.- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.- Good English speaking and writing- Willing to relocate in Semarang.- How to Apply:_**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: From Rp10,000,000 per month
