Our well-established furniture manufacturing company is in search of a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our engineering department. As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving innovation in furniture design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of engineers, overseeing all stages of furniture product development and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance product quality, and meet project deadlines.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Implement quality control and assurance measures to maintain high product standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to make data-driven decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, with a focus on furniture or industrial engineering.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the furniture industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good English speaking and writing
- Willing to relocate in Semarang.
