**Job Deskripsi**
- Oversee, supervise and evaluate all subordinates both technically dan non-technically.
- Coordinate the implementation of design planning with engineers and/or drafters.
- Create a schedule for the completion of design planning.
- Follow up on preparation of approved design planning by customers, turning it into execution drawings.
- Review the results of job drawings, bill of material, technical calculations submitted by engineers and/or drafters.
- Examine & approve timesheet, monthly report of engineering staff and other matters related to the engineering department.
- Evaluate the performances of the engineering department & process improvement steps to management.
- Execute other tasks assigned by superiors in accordance with the scope & responsibilities.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with the MK3L Management System based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015.

- Education: S2/S1 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Understanding Project Management & Implementation.
- Skills:
- a. Proficient in drawing.
- c. Able to communicate effectively at various level.
- d. Have Leadership Skill.
- e. Capable of conducting value engineering on a large scale.
- f. Proficient in construction planning/conceptual design.
- g. Able to motivate & develop human resources.
- Work Location: Gunung Putri, Bogor, Jawa Barat.
