Engineering Manager (Rigid Plastic Packaging

- Full Time- 4+ years of experiences as Engineering Manager in rigid plastic manufacturers
- Experienced in handling machineries of injection/blow molding
- Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo

We are now looking for a position as a Engineering Assistant Manager areas with requirements as below:
Qualifications:

- Associate or Bachelor's degree or above
- Have work experience more than 3 years in Plastic Manufacture or other related business
- Be able to use English as a working language
- Familiar with Mold & Machine
- Have good knowledge and experience handling Good Manufacturing Practices (Personal Hygience), Product Safety and SHE Policy.
- Have good knowledge and experience handling Packaging Safety Standard (FSSC 22000, BRC IoP, ISO 9001:2015)

**Responsibilities**:

- Deciding on the engineering work required, to be done in-house or requires outhouse services, based on the level of urgency, facility and competency each
- Communicate problems experienced with vendors to obtain alternative problem solving and updating technology.
- Search for and provide information to purchasing regarding workshops or vendors who can be used as partners for technical work or spare procurement parts, molds, tools, and machines.
