Supervise and coordinate the daily maintenance and repair tasks carried out by the engineering team. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems. Provide training and guidance to engineering staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards in all engineering activities. Assist in the development of the departmental budget and ensure that expenses are managed well. Job Requirements: Graduate from related field and has experience in the same position preferably at hotel operation. Experience supervising a team and has a strong leadership. Strong knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Highly motivated, strong skills and hospitality oriented.
