**About work**????????**:
Direct the scheduling and dispatching of facilities maintenance crews and personnel. Supervises and Inspects accomplishments of electrician
Familiarize completely with the technical details of all electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic services relating to the property.
Oversee and coordinate the division's automated work order system for maintenance
Inspect facilities for needed electrical maintenance work or review work orders, complaints, and other requests for service received from other departments with the aim of exceeding guests' expectations.
Ensure that all plants, plant rooms, equipment, and work areas, are in proper condition and maintained properly
Attend to breakdowns as directed by the immediate supervisor.
