Responsibilities:- Handling and resolving customers' inquiries/requests for U.S. Markets.- Developing and maintaining accurate files.- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree and above.- Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to details.- Working knowledge on Ms. Office.
