Candidates with at least D3/S1 in Education, English/linguistics, or equivalent. Fresh graduates and last year students are welcome to apply. Required skill(s): Teaching English, time management, and communication. Fluent in English; written and spoken. Love teaching and being able to teach English to children aged 4-15 years old. Familiar with children and teens. Has the initiative to introduce the Eye Level program Honest, disciplined, committed, communicative, neat, creative, hard-worker, and tech-savvy. Willing to work onsite. Live around Surabaya is preferred. General Responsibilities
Teaching English to children aged 4-15 years old. Provide quality academic coaching in a small group setting, according to Eye Level philosophy, methods, curriculum, and individual progress plan. Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and staff. Motivate and encourage students. Grading and maintaining progress reports for each student. Performs administrative activities if needed. Notify the Center Director of any problems or concerns.
