Key Responsibilities Source, engage, and assess candidates for a variety of roles across different sectors. Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for client needs. Build and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process. Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Utilize various channels, including online job boards and social media, to attract potential candidates. Provide guidance to candidates regarding job opportunities, interviews, and career advice. Present shortlisted candidates to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their strengths and experiences. Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
