Key Responsibilities Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for various roles across different sectors. Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates' skills, experiences, and fit for the roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions. Utilize a variety of channels, including social media and job boards, to source candidates effectively. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing support and advice as needed. Present qualified candidates to clients, effectively communicating their strengths and suitability. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
