**Main Function**
Ensure ALTO Management recognizes, understands, and supports risk control in ALTO's business processes to ensure the smooth delivery of ALTO services so as to support the achievement of company goals.
**Job Responsibility**
- Develop and establish ALTO's risk management methodology and business continuity.
- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) activities in all divisions in ALTO at least 1 time every year.
- Facilitate risk mitigation planning where the final risk value is not yet acceptable.
- Monitoring the realization of the agreed risk mitigation plan.
- Regularly report to ALTO Management regarding ALTO's risk posture and the progress of agreed risk mitigation implementation.
- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities.
- Facilitate business continuity planning by preparing BCP and DRP documents that are in accordance with ALTO's needs.
- Coordinate ALTO's business continuity readiness training and testing activities.
- Analyze the achievement of BC/DR test results and formulate the follow-up needed to improve ALTO's readiness to face disruption or disaster.
- Regularly review the business impact of incidents to ensure the conformity of the risk posture and sustainability plan prepared by ALTO.
- Ensure the implementation of Fraud Management and ROC activities in accordance with the SLA for handling fraud set.
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in risk management, preferably within the financial technology (fintech) industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise-wide risk management strategies, aligning them with business objectives.
- Ability to assess and monitor risks across various functional areas, including operations, finance, compliance, and information technology.
