We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager who aspires to combine their strong risk management expertise with the operations of a leading technology company in Indonesia. This role will be focusing on the On Demand Service (ODS) business of the Group. Furthermore the role requires proactive engagement with various stakeholders and strong problem solving skills to turn knowledge on the company's business processes and risk management practices into valuable and actionable insight. Positioned in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk, this role is reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management.
\n What You Will DoUnderstand end to end business processes; Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders Support the periodical review of Risk Management framework and its supporting policies and proceduresLead the refinement of ODS risk taxonomy and control libraryCoordinate the implementation of risk assessmentsProvide expertise advisory during the implementation of risk management and business initiativesProactive risk monitoring, and enforce proper escalations and reportingAudit and regulatory requirement fulfillment and reporting Maintain communication and collaboration with the three lines to keep abreast with key risk matters and promote risk awareness What You Will NeedA Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant discipline from a reputable universityCandidates with a minimum of 6 years experience in below background are welcome:Product management from technology companiesAudit and/or risk management from prominent multinational companies / consulting firmsSelf aspiration and motivation to enrich their risk management professional portfolio in a leading technology companyGrowth mindset, team player, analytical, and good interpersonal skillGood competency in English, verbal and writtenRelevant risk management certifications will be considered
