About the Job As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and stability of our lending business in Indonesia. You will find new customers, build relationships, understand their financials, offer them the optimum structure, and manage them across different lending products. You will work closely with other teams such as credit risk, operations, and finance to ensure a smooth loan process and a positive customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications 2 years of B2B lending experience as sales, relationship manager, or account manager 3 years in client-facing roles Has experience in lending institutions Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in Indonesian and English Work in a self-directed and remote environment Work independently as an individual contributor, but also be able to lead a function to drive credit risk initiatives as we grow Preferred Qualifications 4 years of B2B lending experience as sales, relationship manager, or account manager, in SME and commercial space 5 years in client-facing roles Has experience in multifinance, fintech, or digital bank space Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Relevant industry certifications will be a plus Responsibilities Loan origination Establish and acquire new deals Collect and review necessary documentation for loan applications Collaborate with the credit risk, operations, and finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of loan applications Portfolio maintenance Build and maintain relationships to encourage regular utilization and referrals Proactive monitoring to ensure on-time repayments Proceed with regular drawdowns Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Compliance and risk management Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies Stay informed and updated of the latest market developments and regulatory changes to identify risks and to be able to take precautionary measures Reporting and analytics Track and report on all sales activities and loan status Provide regular updates to team leader and management on statuses and achievements Analyze market data to identify potential growth opportunities Collection Take part in recovery effort and plans on delinquent customers
