Environment Health & Safety (Ehs) Specialist

**Job Description Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for develop and update safety documentation as needed
- Cooperate with the execution of EHS management systems
- Ensure employees comply with EHS procedures, such as EHS inspections, safety teams, change management procedures, etc.
- Establish first aid team, emergency response team, etc./first aid, emergency response training and drills
- Familiar with special equipment management, to ensure that relevant licenses are obtained according to the requirements of government departments, and to assist relevant personnel in obtaining special operation licenses
- Get approval of permits for high-risk operations
- support in conduct Inspection, Hazard Hunt, and Safety Audit
- Conduct EHS training for new employees, contractors, visitors, etc.
- Managing Occupational health related work
- Other Environmental Health & Safety work
**Required Qualifications**
- A Degree in Occupational Health & safety or Environmental Engineering
- Experience doing contractor management process execution
- Formulation and implementation of safety rules and regulations
- Managing fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, safety signs, fire exits and other fire system inspections and fire protection maintenance, etc.- Willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibility
- At least 2-years experience in relevant role
- Working at Bandung
