**Responsibilities**:
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects related to development and processing environmental document under applicable Indonesia regulations i.e., analisis mengenai dampak lingkungan (AMDAL), upaya pengelolaan lingkungan - upaya pemantauan lingkungan (UKL-UPL), surat pernyataan pengelolaan lingkungan (SPPL, addendum analisis dampak lingkungan-rencana pengelolaan lingkungan-rencana pengelolaan lingkungan (RKL-RPL) and other documents as required by the regulation as well as other quality-driven environmental studies.
- Recommend, and develop appropriate studies and tools to address study-specific environmental aspects for a range of projects in the infrastructure and extractive sectors.
- Conduct data analysis and present results through reporting, presentations, or other documentation.
- Manage project team activities including preparation of project work plans, schedules, budgets, technical activities, and coordination of technical staff and sub-consultants to ensure efficient use of corporate and client resources.
- Ensure QA/QC on project outputs to ensure the highest possible standards to ensure project outputs are completed on time, on budget, and to acceptable corporate standards.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in environmental studies or related fields. A Master's degree from a reputable university will be an advantage.
- Minimum five years experience in managing and implementing projects related to ESHIAs, ESDDs, environmental management and mitigation, and other services, preferably in a consulting environment and with a demonstrable track record of increasing responsibilities.
- Proficient with national regulations regarding environmental impact assessments and environmental permitting.
- Experience implementing projects compliant with international standards or safeguards, i.e., International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards and World Bank Environmental and Social Framework.
- Experience in developing and recommending studies and approaches for clients to achieve compliance with national regulations and international standards for environmental and social risk management.
- Experience operating in a dynamic consulting environment that requires flexibility and teamwork; and an ability/interest to work in the field, occasionally in remote locations for extended periods of time.
- Experience providing mentorship to technical and non-technical team members.

- Hold a valid KTPA certificate.
