Job Description · Monitor all client environments (US, EUR, NYSE, Schwab & CAN) including SOD processes, intraday, and end-of-day reports generation and delivery.
· Handle various report types such as clearing files, CAT reports, 606/TCA reports, and others.
· Address email inquiries and production issues via Outlook and Zendesk.
· Handle clearing FIX drop copies, trade advice/summaries/confirms, and CAT reporting linkage errors.
· Troubleshoot report generation and delivery failures.
· Respond to and resolve internal inquiries and issues reported by CS team members.
· Approve FIX connection implementations on SharePoint tickets after investigation and coordination.
· Fulfill existing clients' requests such as new report configurations, modifications, and back-dated reports.
· Coordinate with new and existing clients and RMs for clearing and custom reporting requirements, testing, and production rollouts.
· Configure SOD processes, positions import, RMS settings, and other configurations.
· Certify and deploy various reports including clearing, CAT, 606/TCA, TRAFiX out-of-box, and custom reports.
· Roll out Clearing FIX drop copies and ETB API setups.
· Create report specification documents and update reports tickets in SharePoint.
· Follow SOPs for handling report requests, certifications, network connectivity, and production deployment. Requirements - Excellent English (written and spoken),
- Tech-savvy approach to problem-solving,
- Ability to work US hours, if needed.
