- Restaurant Assistant Manager is an entry level management position and will be responsible in assisting with the day-to-day management of the restaurant.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is integral part of the hotel's overall Food and Beverage team. Responsibilities to supporting and managing **Epice** while working closely with the FB leaders as well as the Director of Food and Beverage.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Manager/Assistant Manager in an all-day-dining restaurant in a 4-5-star hotel.
- Positive attitude, accompanied by a can-do spirit.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Exemplary leadership skills.
- Organizational skills to oversee inventory management, scheduling, and other operational tasks.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Able to handle and resolve guest complaints and issues effectively.
