Epm Project Manager

Leading and collaborating projects ERP/HCM Implementation based on Company Project Methodology
- Manage Project Documentation and Knowledge Sharing after Implementation / Enhancement delivered to Client.
- Managing and reporting timelines and deliverables.
- Communicating with a direct report on status, risks, and results.
- Anticipating and escalating issues quickly and efficiently with proper corrective action/decision.
- Build, manage and strengthen the engagement and support with cross functional, technical and support team

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in project management from HCM/HRIS/ERP Product Implementation or consulting
- Experience in building relationships and driving negotiations with stakeholders and working together to ensure project success.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially project and excel
- Ambitious and pro-active individual, willing to learn how to work within a team and independently.
- Able to work under pressure and to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking in English and Indonesian.
