Erp Project Manager

**Job Descriptions**:- Leading and collaborating projects ERP/HCM Implementation based on Company Project Methodology- Manage Project Documentation and Knowledge Sharing after Implementation / Enhancement delivered to Client- Managing and reporting timelines and deliverables- Communicating with a direct report on status, risks, and results- Anticipating and escalating issues quickly and efficiently with proper corrective action/decision- Build, manage and strengthen the engagement and support with cross functional, technical and support team**Job requirements**:- Minimum **2 years experience in project management from HCM/HRIS/ERP Product Implementation or consulting**:- Experience in building relationships and driving negotiations with stakeholders and working together to ensure project success- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially project and excel- Ambitious and pro-active individual, willing to learn how to work within a team and independently- Able to work under pressure and to learn in a fast-moving environment- Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking in English and Indonesian**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Permanent**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Manager: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Application Deadline: 04/30/2024Expected Start Date: 05/01/2024
