Erp Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify ERP needs and requirements.
- Provide expert consultation and recommendations on ERP implementation strategies based on organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to coordinate and manage implementation efforts.
- Develop and implement processes to make ERP solutions work efficiently for the organization.
- Configure, test, and implement changes to the ERP system, ensuring system security and performance.
- Install ERP software and ensure seamless integration with existing IT systems.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and training to end-users on ERP functionalities and system changes.
- Develop training materials and documentation for ERP processes and configurations.
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues, optimizing ERP system performance.
- Monitor system performance and conduct periodic audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage system upgrades, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and manage ERP implementation efforts in collaboration with project teams.
- Develop strategies, plans, and budgets for ERP solutions.
- Enforce system policies, procedures, and standards.
- Document ERP processes, configurations, and changes.
- Manage data migration for ERP implementations or upgrades.
- Identify process improvements and system enhancements to support organizational needs.
- Configure, test, and implement ERP system changes to meet evolving requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and database languages (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry.
- Must be able to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, and business processes.
- Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
- Ability to design, test, and troubleshoot system updates.
- Experience in system documentation, security, and audits.
- Familiarity with performance audits and data gathering for reporting.
- Ability to manage software upgrades and installations.
- Background in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
