About the role

As our next Program Officer, you will contribute to the Impact & Sustainability team in creating as well as managing environmental, social, and governance initiatives in Amartha.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report Writing Assistance
- Planning, executing, and monitoring social impact projects.
- Developing project plans, timelines, and tracking project progress.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to project outcomes.
- Support in preparing impact report
- Administration
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document/payment processing and procurement.

The qualifications that you must have
- open for fresh graduate (from relevant social sciences field such as sociology, psychology, social welfare, public health, anthropology, public administration, etc)
- Good verbal and written english skills
- Strong interest in social work and socially impactful projects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a real-world work environment.
- Attention to details and willingness to learn project management tools
