Qualifications:

- Male/Female, max 30 years old
- Minimum Diploma 3 degree in Civil or Architect Engineering is more preferrable
- Experience in handling estate area including public facility, tenant relation, security and cleaning service, garden, etc.
- Understand about Human Resources Administration, Marketing Support, also project or building construction
- Hold driving license A and/or C
- Has knowledge in construction field
- Able to work independently

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling estate area in DKP I and II including public facility, tenant relations, security and cleaning service, garden, etc.
- Maintain good relationships and communications with customers
- Handling complains from existing residents
