Euc Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
Set up and manage user devices

Configure operating systems, install software, and manage user accounts and permissions

Collaborate with collagues in other IT areas to resolve user issues

**Qualifications**:
Associate/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience working in a PC and/or Mac environment

Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems (including troubleshooting)

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based solutions

Experience with configuration management tools like SCCM
