**Requirements**:
PMO Kartu Prakerja has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Evaluation Staff. The role is responsible for (i) Developing Kartu Prakerja evaluation systems, (ii) Implementing different research and evaluation initiatives using both qualitative and quantitative methods, (iii) Generating evidence of project impact and benefits for policy makers and stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, or any other related field of study is required.
- At least 1 years of considerable experience of working with survey data
- Familiarity with survey research literature, methods, and processes would be an asset.
- Strong econometric skills and broad experience in undertaking econometric analysis of survey data would be highly desired.
- Proven STATA programming skill is required (proficiency in SQL, R, and Python will be prioritized).
- Strong writing skills and communication skills are highly desired.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, and ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders in a sensitive environment is required.
