Event Activation Assistant

Details of the offer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the events team to execute a variety of events from user to raise brand awareness.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve event objectives.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Managing event budgets and strong with administrative pre and post event preparation.
- Preparing rundown, MC script and liaising with another talent for the event.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree holder any field, preferably Marketing major.
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Enthusiast with Retail fast paced environment
- Team-player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
