Event Activation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:- Creating and managing our events calendar.- Managing event budgets.- Developing event concepts to raise brand awareness.- Coordinating, engaging, arranging with all vendor for production elements.- Preparing rundown, MC script and liaising with speakers.- Post-event reporting.**Requirements**:- Have experience on making event (from making a budget, making a rundown, making an mc script)- Good at communicating and negotiating internally and externally- Have acquaintances with MCs, talents that are usually needed at events such as dancers, models, production vendors, event crews would be a plus point- Creative to provide fresh ideas for the event
