Event & Community Officer

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experience Event & Community Officer to join our team, **WIS AKADEMI by Willie Salim.** This position will be responsible for managing and growing our community, ensuring positive and productive interactions between community members and the company owners. The main responsibilities include:

- Organize and manage online and offline communities.
- Plan and host meetings, webinars, and other events involving community members and company owners.
- Build strong relationships with community members, understanding their needs and aspirations.
- Develop strategies to increase community participation and engagement.
- Provide support and guidance to community members in using our services.
- Monitor and analyze community feedback to improve services and activities.
- Manage content and communications across various social media platforms and community forums.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Event & Community Officer or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in planning and managing community events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.
- Analytical skills to understand and respond to community feedback.
- Creativity and initiative in developing community engagement strategies.
- Experience in the digital content or creative industry is a plus.

- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
