- Conceptualize event ideas and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event goals and objectives
- Manage all aspects of event planning from end-to-end, including developing event timelines, preparing budget proposals, and overseeing event logistics
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
- Regularly evaluate and report event results, to identify areas for improvement and highlight key learnings
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Passion for developing and organizing events from end to end
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, and possesses a high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational abilities and strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently and run big events with mínimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willing to travel domestically for business trips
