We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event Marketing Specialist to join our team in the retail personal care products industry. The primary objective of this role is to plan, conceptualize, and execute offline Event Marketing activities, with a focus on participating in offline marketing event and fostering community engagement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate, develop innovative event concepts, and execute from managing logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendors for successful participation in beauty expos and related events.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of offline marketing events, ensuring seamless coordination of booth setup, promotional materials, demonstrations, and product displays.
Strategize and implement initiatives to nurture brand communities, including organizing meet-ups, workshops, and interactive events to foster meaningful connections with our audience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional department teams such as Marketing and Sales, Research and Development, and Operations to align event strategies with overall business objectives and maintain cohesive brand messaging.
Evaluate event effectiveness through OKRs, feedback collection, and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement and optimize ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging event marketing technologies to inform strategy development and maintain a competitive advantage.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience of 1-2 years in event planning and execution, preferably within the retail or personal care products industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize engaging event experiences.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
