**Your main duties in flying with us**:
- Manages ticket operations staff and out-source vendors, effectively trains staff on proper office and box office duties, selling techniques, ticket system procedures, and techniques to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage, update and trouble-shoot the on-ground TMS; Redemption system, Gate entry management system.
- Manage all phases of building ticket manifest, pricing strategies, budgeting, recce and execution.
- Oversee vendor progress and orders ticket stock, oversees printing and execution.
- Provide a product feature request to the technology team on business priorities.
- Continually identify opportunities to improve the customer experience both on the web and on-ground.
- Create and provide information and training on initiatives and changes, so we create experts everywhere. This includes training on organization-wide services and products.
- Oversee the customer operations to ensure a delightful customer experience at all stages of the customer engagement.
**Mandatory belongings that you must prepare**:
- Bachelor's Degree graduated; experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified and should have entertainment/event ticketing experience.
- Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both orally and in writing.
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions.
- Ability to operate and manage a computerized event ticketing system.
- Knowledge of budget preparation, cost estimating and monitoring.
