**Job Descriptions**:- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success.- Cultivate collaborative relationships with mall tenants to align marketing strategies and ensure a unified brand experience.- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.- Coordinate all operations.- Lead promotional activities for the event.- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.- Analyze the event's success and prepare reports.- Research opportunities for new events.- Make a comprehensive annual event timeline.- Coming up with new and innovative ideas - both for events and event promotion.- Working within a budget for events and managing spending accordingly.- Problem solving and hosting during an event.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Event Management, Communication, or related fields.- Minimum of 5-6 years of working experience in organizing an event or digital marketing especially in shopping centre.- Having experience in planning and executing a variety of events.- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.- Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event.- Experience creating and adhering to a budget.- Fluent in English- Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
