Mapping potential sponsoring clients according to event objectives

Searching and updating the database of existing clients and potential new clients to be used as targets for further collaboration events

Explore, identify, and analyze the needs of sponsors and industries that are handled to accommodate market needs including industry or client activities or at other events.

Send and offer sponsorship/partnership package offer proposals to existing and new clients to sell events.

Visiting clients to present event programs, explaining concepts, communication strategies and pricing, capturing client needs, ensuring budgets and product forms that can be used by clients to achieve closing program/event packages.

Coordinate with Executors and Marketing Planners to provide package briefs that have been briefed by clients
Bachelor Degree (S1) all major

At least having 1 years working / internship / freelance experience in sales, marketing, business development, marcomm or related field

Understand the concept, production, budgeting, and communication strategy of the event

Having Personal Branding skills and mastering client banquet etiquette

Having the concept of thinking related to creative events

Have knowledge and networking about media/activation agency
