Our client is one of the leading HR Consulting Companies. This is a Contract-to-Permanent role for the Head of Learning and Development with the requirements below:
**Responsibilities**:
- identify key leadership development areas relevant to current market trends and client needs.
- keep abreast of the latest leadership theories, best practices, and industry challenges for crafting effective programs
- select or developing high-quality content for various leadership development programs
- build relationships with industry experrs, academics, or internal consultants
- ensure the smooth execution of all programs, including logistics, participant engagement, and quality control
- work closely with sales and account management teams to understand the specific challenges and development goals of each client's executives
- work with marketing team to create a strong brand identity and highlights the unique value proposition of the academy programs
- tailor existing programs or develop entirely new ones to ensure maximum impact based on client needs
- craft proposals for clients and supporting the sales team in presenting the value proposition of the executive academy programs.
**Requirements**:
- master's degree in business administration (MBA), organizational development, or related field (preferred)
- minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, or a related field
- proven experience in designing and delivering executive education programs
- experience in consulting business
- experience in working with HR technology platform (e.g., learning management system)
- experience in sales and proposal development
- excellent verbal and written communication in english
- public speaking experience
