Working closely with the management, we need a highly driven and engaging personality to assist the administration of the company's strategy.
**Duties**:
- Assist the management in receiving and communicating messages
- Assist in coordination and collaboration between team members
- Making phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Organise management calendar, including meetings and deadlines
- Prepare meeting agendas, organise meetings, record minutes of meetings, monitor the work progress
- Filing and verifying invoices, documents and keeping records
- Assist in human resource administrations and hirings
**Qualifications**:
- S1 (Bachelor degree) in Secretarial or Management or Business Administration or Accounting
- Experience in the administration and accounting of a construction or trading business is a plus
- Interest in architecture and building industry
- Outstanding skills to communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly verbally and in writing
- Proactive, responsive, highly self-initiative
- Loyal, trustworthy, discretion, diplomacy
- Can respond to dynamic situations, can work in a fast-paced environment
- Very well organised and able to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and able to work under pressure
Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Permanen
Gaji: Rp4.500.000 - Rp6.000.000 per bulan
