Executive Assistant, Hr Coe

People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
- Provide support in scheduling meetings for internal/external stakeholders, including preparing meeting rooms, transportation bookings, souvenirs for external meeting, and declaring gifts from sellers/partners to Human Resources
- Conduct administrative tasks, such as RSVP events, picking up office T-shirts, arranging food and beverages to support office meeting and events, and other needed errands
- Assist and back up the Head of Department (HoD) Executive Assistant (EA) when needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field
- Excellent communication in English
- Well organized, proactive, and detail oriented
- Possesses good interpersonal skills to manage different stakeholders
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders would be an advantage
- Strong administrative work, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
