**Key Responsibilities**:- Complete assigned tasks across multiple business operations with mínimal oversight.- Assist with personal assignments as required.- Create PowerPoint presentations for various purposes.- Manage social media accounts for both personal and business use, optimizing content for engagement.- Handle AirBnB account management, including reservations and guest communication.- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.- Conduct basic accounting tasks and review financial reports for accuracy.- Procure goods and services as needed.- Conduct research on various topics and prepare reports.- Plan and organize team building/outbound events with budget and recommendations.- List and sell items according to specifications.- Write proposals and manage projects, ensuring completion according to specifications.**Requirements**:- **Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.- Experience in social media management and content creation.- Ability to manage AirBnB accounts and reservations.- Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.- Willingness to travel occasionally.- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: From Rp4,000,000 per month**Language**:- English (required)
