**Job Responsibility**
- Coordination of meetings and schedules
- Arrangement and recommendation of meeting venues, travel and others
- Management of tasks for Directors
- Coordination with directors within the group for completion of tasks
- Provide administrative support to Director which may include private needs.
- Assisting in arranging personal schedules for family
- Management of household staff
- Ensuring correct coordination of household tasks
- Schedule and arrange meetings, update appointments and conferences, communicate with relevant parties, booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Assist in preparing various documents, papers, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Reminding the executive of important deadlines.
**Job Requirement**:
- FEMALE is a must
- Age maximum 35 years old.
- Experience minimum 2 years as Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ PDCA/ Business Development.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Willing to join as soon as possible
**Salary**: Up to Rp8,000,000 per month
