Executive, Engineering Safety

Functional Responsibility- Responsible for ensuring the Safety Management System is implemented in the Maintenanceand Engineering Department.Role Responsibility- Strengthen AirAsia brand image and customer advocacy- Adopt AirAsia's culture and follow AirAsia's desired behaviour.- Ensure adequate self-development and training is undertaken to fulfil accountabilities.Functional Duties- Facilitate Safety Management System implementation in Maintenance and EngineeringDepartment area.- Liaise with the Maintenance and Engineering Department to facilitate and/or conduct SMSTraining for the Maintenance and Engineering personnel.- Administer the Maintenance and Engineering Safety Management System implementation,including Safety Action Group (SAG), Safety Reporting, Safety Risk Management and SafetyAssurance processes.Role Duties- Follow working procedures and ensure manual/SOPs compliances**Education**:- Minimum Diploma, any majorProfessional qualifications:- Aircraft Maintenance and EngineeringTraining required for the position (if any):- SMS Awareness and/or CASO Training**We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
