**Job Description**:We are seeking an Executive, Commercial Sales (Commercial Sales Support Specialist) to provide crucial support to our dynamic sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing the efficiency of our sales team.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare contracts for clients in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.- Review and create reports to track sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics, providing valuable insights to the sales team.- Regularly check and reconcile monthly reports from hotels, ensuring accuracy and addressing any discrepancies promptly.- Assist the sales team in addressing client inquiries, coordinating events, and managing other customer-related activities to ensure exceptional service delivery.Job Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Secretary or Executive Secretary at a reputable 4 or 5-star hotel.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Demonstrates motivation and maintains a positive attitude.- Excellent organizational skills to effectively coordinate all aspects of sales administration.- Exceptional attention to detail.- Demonstrates active learning abilities.- Exhibits adaptability and possesses the ability to multitask effectively.- Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc., is a prerequisite.- Strong customer service skills are essential.- Capable of prioritizing work tasks and excelling under deadlines.- Possesses strong numeracy skills.
